The Arkansas Forestry Commission (AFC), working closely with the Arkansas Forestry Association and the Arkansas Timber Purchasers Association, develops and maintains voluntary Best Management Practices for Water Quality Protection. In addition, AFC monitors compliance with these best management practices and publishes a bi-annual report on the results of their monitoring.
